Liquid Environmental Solutions acquires IWS Enviro-Net Liquid Environmental Solutions, Dallas, TX, has acquired Industrial Water Services, a non-hazardous liquid waste company with wastewater treatment facilities in Jacksonville, FL, Mobile, AL, and Chicago, IL. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Industrial Water Services, based in Jacksonville, is a strategic addition to Liquid Environmental Solutions’ non-hazardous wastewater collection and disposal business.
