EOS Remediation announces strategic alliances

EOS Remediation announced the formation of strategic alliances with Chemical Grouting Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, and Hayward Baker, Hanover, MD, for the commercialization of the BioJet™ technology.
This co-patent-pending (U.S. and Japan) technology developed jointly by EOS and CG is the product of eight years of research and development. BioJet provides a solution for one of the most difficult challenges of environmental remediation in low permeability contaminated soils.
The technology uses high pressure jetting tools and CG’s geotechnical analysis to create intimate contact between the engineered remediation products by EOS and the contaminants by “cutting” circular slots in the soil and allowing effective distribution of the remediation products throughout the low permeability soils.
Treatment time is minimized and contaminant rebound--common with previous technical approaches--is eliminated.
